Give clinical advice
No diagnosis, no dosing, no treatment, no "what should I do about my symptom." That's the provider's, every time.
Authorize a refill or prescription
It can route the request to a human and draft the logistics around it. The yes is never the robot's.
Disclose records to a new party
Sending records to someone new is a human decision with a human signature. The agent stops at the line.
Move money
No payments, no banking changes, no refunds on its own authority. Financial actions are human-only-forever.
